Grand Design RV is actively looking for a Retail Support Agent to enhance our Customer Service team. If you excel in a dynamic setting, appreciate meaningful connections, and aim for high standards, this opportunity may be ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise technical assistance to customers.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and respond to messages in a timely manner.
- Address customer service emails within a 24-hour period.
- Oversee pending cases in Salesforce to resolve customer issues.
- Support customers with field service and related tasks.
- Process reimbursements for sublet services as required.
- Collaborate with the service department to arrange and manage customer return units.
- Ensure availability in the phone support system.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge or experience in the RV industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- RVIA certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
