HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Finish Line. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees, ensuring seamless enrollment in benefit programs, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Provide information on benefits programs to employees and dependents via phone and email
Answer and distribute calls from the HR Help Desk phone line to appropriate staff members
Prepare and mail or email coverage enrollment and/or cancellation packets to eligible employees
Complete benefits mailing, including newly eligible benefit packets
Prepare benefit forms for data entry and contact employees for missing information if needed
Perform enrollment/coverage audits
Enroll new employees in benefit plans, process status changes, and perform other payroll/HRIS duties
Assist with benefit orientation and other employee meetings
Prepare and respond to court-ordered medical benefits forms
Sort returned HR mail
Track requests, distribute tickets, and pay invoices for perks offered by the company
Coordinate weekly lunch delivery program, including weekly food trucks
Maintain and scan files of enrollment forms and other benefit documentation
Assist the Benefits team with annual open enrollment
Maintain the company's Mothers' Room, including issuing keys, providing cleaning supplies, and resolving issues
Work with third-party vendors to provide current state and federal postings at all locations
Process invoices for third-party vendors for verifications and state/federal postings
Respond to non-pay information employment verification requests
Field questions regarding the Kronos application site
Prepare and pay benefit invoices
Assist with the administration of wellness initiatives
Perform additional duties and projects as required
Run reports and audit information for data entry, mailings, etc.
Requirements
Associate's degree (A.S.) from a two-year college or university or equivalent experience and 1-2 years related experience and/or training
Basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
Basic understanding of functions and relationships of information in PeopleSoft/Oracle system
Ability to sit for more than 6 hours per shift, use hands to finger, handle, and feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and/or hear, walk or move from one location to another, and lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Punctuality and regular attendance consistent with the company's policies are required for the position

The work environment for this position is a moderately noisy office setting. The company reserves the right to modify this job description with or without notice. Employees may be asked to perform additional duties outside of normal job scope on a temporary basis per company policy.
