Emergency Medical Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Medical Technician to join our team at Coffee Regional Medical Center. As an EMT, you will play a critical role in providing emergency medical care to patients in need.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency calls and provide medical care to patients as needed
- Maintain ambulance equipment and vehicles in good working condition
- Communicate with hospital staff and other emergency responders to ensure seamless patient care
- Document all patient interactions and treatments provided
Requirements:
- Education and Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- EMT certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT)
- BLS certification
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
- Basic life support skills, including CPR and first aid
- Licensure and Certification:
- Current Georgia EMT certification
- BLS certification
- Valid driver's license
