- Develop and monitor operating budgets using the principles of the 'cost-per-unit' model.
- Operational Effectiveness
- Ensure the culture and mission of the YMCA are reflected in programs and services.
- Build bridges within the community to ensure access to the YMCA for all segments of society.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- YMCA Multi-Team Leader certification preferred.
- At least six years of management experience, preferably in a YMCA or other nonprofit agency.
- A proven record of successful leadership in staff and volunteer development, fiscal management, philanthropic development, and community development.
- Experience with multi-site leadership and oversight.
- CPR and First Aid certifications or ability to acquire within 30 days of employment.
