Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at ValorVIP. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
