We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our Storage and Backup Delivery team. As a Global Critical Infrastructure Restoration Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams.

Your key responsibilities will include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards.

You will ensure delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. This role requires strong communication, technical and project management skills to work across engineering and operations to maintain, optimize and develop recovery plans for existing and new products within the Core hosting storage and backup services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, technical and project management skills to work across engineering and operations to maintain, optimize and develop recovery plans for existing and new products within the Core hosting storage and backup services organization

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong Technical skills on implementing and maintaining Dell PowerScale, NetApp Ontap, Hitachi Object platform, Data Domain, NetBackup and Cohesity data protection and restoral services

Hours Per Week: 40
