Behavior Interventionist

We are seeking a committed and proficient Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver outstanding care and assistance to individuals with autism. This role involves applying evidence-based ABA strategies to encourage positive behavioral modifications, facilitate skill acquisition, and improve the overall well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute behavior intervention strategies designed by a BCBA
- Provide direct support and intervention
- Gather and analyze data on client progress
- Support the transfer of skills to everyday settings
- Engage in collaborative team discussions
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active RBT certification (MANDATORY)
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Capability to pass a background screening
