Key Responsibilities
  • Protocol Coordination
    • Conduct screening and interviews to evaluate patient eligibility in study
    • Coordinate research subject appointments for tests and procedures
    • Compile patient information and enter accurate data in clinical trial management systems
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and research team members
    • Collaborate with the research team to ensure smooth protocol execution
  • Quality and Safety
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for clinical studies and regulatory documents
    • Report adverse events and serious adverse events to regulatory authorities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage inventory of research supplies and equipment
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience
    • Two years of research experience
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in clinical and research data entry
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced research environment and may be required to travel within the Houston metropolitan area.
