We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a School BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral support and services to students with autism and other behavioral disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and develop effective intervention plans.
- Provide direct and indirect behavioral support services to students in various settings, including classrooms and resource rooms.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and support strategies.
- Train and support school staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through data collection and analysis.
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address behavioral and social-emotional needs.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
- Conduct staff and parent training sessions on behavioral interventions and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, interventions, and services provided.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavioral support services in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, intervention strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and team members.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
