About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one support to children with autism in their homes, schools, or in one of our centers
  • Implementing ABA therapy plans to help children develop essential skills and behaviors
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers

Requirements

To be successful as a Behavior Technician, you will need to possess:
