Job Overview:

• This role involves working in a call center environment with a significant volume of calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries, which may require deviation from standard procedures. Conduct necessary research to resolve issues.
  2. Maintain effective customer relations by responding accurately and timely to various forms of inquiries, adapting responses as needed. Document all inquiries accurately.
  3. Process adjustments and perform research to resolve inquiries, coordinating with other departments as necessary. Assist with priority inquiries and special projects as directed by management.
  4. Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues and needs, maintaining accurate records of complaints and recommendations for improvements.
  5. Stay informed about quality work instructions and company policies, assisting in process improvements based on daily operations.
  6. Support the training of new hires and facilitate cross-training among colleagues.
Required Experience:
  1. A minimum of 3 years in customer service, including at least 1 year in claims or appeals processing.
Essential Skills:
  1. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  2. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  3. Capability to manage high-stress situations effectively.
  4. Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  5. Outstanding customer service orientation.
  6. Proficiency in learning and utilizing multiple computer systems efficiently.
Educational Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
