- Team Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient front desk operations.
- Membership Management: Execute the member onboarding process, manage member relationships, and conduct monthly bulk billing for memberships.
- Problem-Solving: Recognize problems and inefficiencies, develop solutions, and take ownership of their implementation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field.
- Experience: Two or more years of experience in guest service or management.
- Skills: Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to guest service.
