Job Title: Board Repair Specialist

Join MEGGER GROUP as a Board Repair Specialist and take on a challenging role that requires technical expertise and problem-solving skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, calibrating, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing production board assemblies/subassemblies to meet quality standards and manufacturer's specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform board assembly programming and functional test execution
  • Failed board circuit troubleshooting, repair, and associated data collection/reporting
  • Participation with functional verification/acceptance of board & subassembly test fixtures
  • Sustaining maintenance & calibration of manufacturing test fixtures
  • Recommendation of manufacturing test fixture improvements driving yield improvement
  • Identification & communication of negative yield and repair action trends requiring analysis
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5-7 years work experience with product repair/service, complex electronic products (field or factory)
  • Advanced skill in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals, and engineering drawings
  • Advanced skill in performing electromechanical system troubleshooting and repair to subassembly and component level
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task across a variety of repair jobs
