We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Operations Production Coordinator to join our Commercial Bank's Treasury Management Fulfillment organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily execution of activities supporting the Escrow Services team.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute daily production tasks, leveraging departmental procedures, while meeting all internal and external service level agreements.
- Cross train on multiple functions to support various Treasury Management products and services.
- Partner with management to identify potential process improvements or opportunities to enhance our overall risk environment.
- Contribute in project settings, as needed.
- Partner with other teams to research and resolve any customer impacting issues.
- Troubleshoot issues, implement resolutions, and provide a great customer experience.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 1 year of banking experience in back office operations.
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
- 2+ years of banking experience in a back office operations.
- 1+ year of Commercial Banking experience.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.
- A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions.
- A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot.
- A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network.
- Internet service must be provided by Cable or fiber Internet Service Providers.
