Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Principal Operations Production Coordinator to join our Commercial Bank's Treasury Management Fulfillment organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily execution of activities supporting the Escrow Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily production tasks, leveraging departmental procedures, while meeting all internal and external service level agreements
  • Cross train on multiple functions to support various Treasury Management products and services
  • Partner with management to identify potential process improvements or opportunities to enhance our overall risk environment
  • Contribute in project settings, as needed
  • Partner with other teams to research and resolve any customer impacting issues
  • Troubleshoot issues, implement resolutions and provide a great customer experience
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of banking experience in back office operations
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • 2+ years of banking experience in a back office operations
  • 1+ year of Commercial Banking experience
  • 2+ year of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
