Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dynamic team at MBI Health Services, LLC. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the D.C. Metropolitan Area.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to clients with mental health, developmental disabilities, and youth services needs. This includes conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to address clients' needs and goals
  • Provide direct care to clients, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Document client progress and outcomes in electronic health records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance client care and services
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the District of Columbia
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mental health, developmental disability, or youth services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Electronic health records experience preferred
