Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and support. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing a range of nursing services, including resident evaluation, care planning, and direct patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resident Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Direct Patient Care: Provide hands-on care to patients, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address patient concerns, working with healthcare teams to develop solutions that meet the needs of each patient.
