Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assessment and planning of patient care, implementing individual treatment programs as needed.
  • Administer medications and interventions in accordance with provider instructions.
  • Document patient encounters, responses, and effectiveness of care.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

  • Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience, with correctional experience preferred.
