As a QA Automation Engineer at ServiceTitan, you will collaborate with a talented team of QA Automation Engineers, Web Developers, UX Designers, and Marketers to enhance and optimize our marketing websites.

Your primary responsibility will be to create and implement both automated and manual testing procedures to guarantee the performance and reliability of our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain automated testing scripts for our marketing sites utilizing leading industry tools and frameworks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and formulate comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
- Conduct automated and manual testing across mobile and desktop platforms on Chrome and Safari, analyzing results to pinpoint defects, performance bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement.

- Collaborate with developers to identify and rectify issues, ensuring the prompt delivery of high-quality software.
- Continuously assess and refine the efficiency and effectiveness of our automated testing methodologies.
- Engage in code reviews, sprint planning, and other agile development practices.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in QA automation, integrating best practices into our testing framework.
- Contribute to the overarching quality assurance strategy and provide insights on testing methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in QA automation testing for web applications, ideally within a marketing or e-commerce context.

- Proficient programming skills in Javascript or Typescript are essential; familiarity with additional languages such as Python or Java is advantageous.

- Hands-on experience or substantial knowledge of Cypress is mandatory, while experience with other automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Puppeteer is a plus.

- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and remote team environment.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
- Experience in manual and automated testing on Chrome and Safari for both mobile and desktop devices is an asset.
