- Compliance Adherence: Follow company policies, procedures, and healthcare protocols to meet regulatory and compliance standards; ensure thorough documentation of all tasks performed.
- Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure timely resolution of issues and ongoing satisfaction.
- Equipment Maintenance: Care for tools and testing equipment to guarantee accurate calibration and the ability to provide prompt repairs and maintenance.
- Quality Reporting: Identify and promptly report any quality or compliance issues to the Quality Organization to uphold the highest ethical service standards.
- Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, military training, or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in medical equipment service.
- At least 2 years of experience in servicing medical devices.
- Proficiency in electronic digital circuitry and electro-mechanical systems.
- Ability to interpret schematic diagrams effectively.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship for employment visas is not available for this position.
- Experience in a hospital environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Background in electronics.
- Certification in Biomedical Equipment Technology.
