Halff is seeking a highly skilled Senior Survey Project Manager to lead and manage projects and team members in our North Little Rock office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying and project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Lead and supervise project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Professional Surveyor (PS) licensure in the state of Arkansas.
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience in surveying.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, practices, and software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- 5 years of experience in project management.
- Experience with Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
- Strong understanding of surveying software and technologies.
