As a Service Technician - Home Appliances, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of household appliances, from refrigeration systems to air conditioning units. Your expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance will enable us to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and diagnose issues with home appliances to identify root causes and develop effective repair strategies.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance activities using provided tools and equipment.
  • Process paperwork and data entry related to each job with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meet or exceed company targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

We require applicants with a minimum of 1 year experience in a technician role, combined with knowledge of power and hand tools, diagnostic test equipment, and computer/tablet skills. Estimated annual salary for this position is $58,000-$68,000 based on location and experience.
