Position Overview:
We are seeking a

Home Care Account Executive

who thrives on cultivating relationships and promoting services within the healthcare sector.

This role reports to the Area Director of Sales or VP of Regional Operations and is accountable for nurturing relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facility management, discharge planners, and case managers to generate referrals for Personal Home Care.

Promote Personal Care services in the field by educating referral partners about personal home care and comprehending their business needs to enhance client referrals.

Organize educational events with referral partners to build connections with key decision-makers in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, communities, and among physicians.

Conduct care consultation meetings with potential clients to assess their needs and present tailored solutions to facilitate new client admissions.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with branch staff and field sales teams.
Assist the branch in the timely processing of client billing by gathering necessary client documentation and submitting it to the branch.

Candidate Profile:
A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, specifically in a sales or marketing capacity, ideally within home health, hospice, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in roles such as Healthcare Account Executive, Business Development Executive, Medical Sales Executive, Client Relationship Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Hospice Liaison, Home Health Specialist, Clinical Liaison, Hospice Care Consultant, Home Health Sales Representative, Hospice Sales Account Executive, Private Duty Home Care Marketer, or Regional Sales Executive is advantageous.
