As a PRN Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient information.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze medical records to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to improve communication and documentation practices.
  • Work closely with HIM coders to ensure accurate and consistent coding practices.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or Foreign medical graduate (MD) with CDI certification.
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
Salary and Benefits:

$90,000 - $110,000 per year
