About the Role

This Senior Software Engineer position offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Based in either Omaha, NE or Lenexa, KS, this role provides opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex software systems using Python/Flask, Agile methodologies, and Test-Driven Development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop system solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, ensuring adherence to secure coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in client interactions to understand business problems and develop effective system solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of Software Development Experience, with 3+ years of experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Agile methodologies, and designing and developing applications with Python/Flask.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, standards, and best practices for web development.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with ability to work effectively in a complex, dynamic team environment.
