Position Overview:
Gunstock Mountain Resort is excited to offer a unique opportunity as a Function Server. This role involves supporting the setup, service, and breakdown of various dining events, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Work Schedule:
The lunch service typically occurs from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM, while dinner service runs from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekends.
Compensation:
Servers will receive a competitive wage of $20 per hour.
Physical Requirements:
Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and be capable of handling catering equipment and food items, with weights ranging from 25 lbs regularly to 50 lbs occasionally.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a serving role is preferred, though we are open to training enthusiastic candidates.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong focus on detail and customer satisfaction.
- Note: Lunch shift servers should be prepared to ride the chair lift to the summit.
