Homeless Services Director

Salary Range: $67,725-75,000 annually.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Homeless Services Director. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our supportive services staff and ensuring that we provide high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support a team of case managers and other support staff to ensure that they have the resources and guidance needed to excel in their roles.
- Develop and implement effective programs and services to meet the needs of our homeless population, including case management, housing placement, and job training.
- Collaborate with our property management team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our residents receive excellent service.
- Work closely with our finance and development teams to ensure that our grants and funding are managed effectively.
- Conduct regular site visits to multiple properties to provide supervision and guidance to our staff.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, event coordination, and data entry.
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, with a master's degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in case management, supervisory, and grant management roles, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience working with homeless individuals and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local social service resources and organizations.
- Excellent computer and technology skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
