We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Care Manager to join our team at DaVita Inc.

About the Role

As a Nurse Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal disease. You will work independently to manage your own caseload, assessing patient needs and developing personalized care plans. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring that patients receive high-quality treatment and support.

About the Job

This is an 8-hour per day, Monday through Friday position with weekends and holidays off. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in dialysis or nephrology preferred. If you are new to dialysis, we offer a paid training program and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and knowledge.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $84,000 - $104,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, family resources, pet insurance, mental health resources, back-up child and elder care, and more. We also offer tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and continuing education opportunities to help you grow professionally.
