Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary range of $83,000 - $120,000 per year, with annual raises significantly above the industry standard. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off accrual based on your most recent dialysis experience.

About the Role

As a Clinical Dialysis Specialist at American Renal Associates, you will be part of a team that makes a difference in people's lives. You will provide high-quality patient care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), working closely with patients and their families to create strong relationships and bonds.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care, improving the quality of life for patients with ESRD
  • Cross-train to work in our acute program, expanding your skill set and expertise
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
  • Take ownership of resolving issues and solving problems, upholding our values of Integrity, Innovation, Compassion, Accountability, Results Driven, and Everyone Counts

Requirements

  • Dialysis experience preferred, but not required
  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current state nursing license
