We have a Full-Time Registered Nurse opportunity available in Lancaster County. This role involves making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
As a Senior Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for following a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs, making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, and performing assigned duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
You will also be required to monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders, perform client assessments as necessary, case management and coordination, and accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.
The ideal candidate should possess a current license as a Registered Nurse in PA, a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work independently and manage time effectively, while utilizing solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR). The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year.
