Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
About the Job
- This position involves direct patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
- You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) and be part of a cross-functional team of clinicians, including technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership.
- This role requires a high level of physical and mental ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet, so wear comfortable shoes.
- Our Patient Care Technicians also have the opportunity to advance their careers through our Clinical Ladders program.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range: $42,500 - $52,000 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working around blood and needles.
- Comfortable mixing acid or bicarb.
- Ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet.
- Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed.
- Healthcare experience a plus, including BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.
