Job Title: Lead, Program Management

At Fisica, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our most critical programs. As a key member of our Program Management team, you will be responsible for directing all phases of our programs from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of our cutting-edge pulsed power systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective program execution, including coordination with contracts, procurement, quality, finance, and other support disciplines.
  • Monitor and control program expenditures, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve key business and financial objectives, including revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior relevant experience in program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field with a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical background with military/defense or national laboratory experience.
  • Ability to obtain a future Security Clearance is required for the role. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with DOE 413.3B project management protocols and/or NNSA programs.
  • Experience with at least one project scheduling tool (MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.).
  • Highly fluent in Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint.

We offer a competitive salary range of $122,500 - $227,500, as well as a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), PTO, EAP, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, and schedule type. We also offer a 9/80 schedule, where employees work 9 out of every 14 days, totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off.
