Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join Wabash General Hospital's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our hospital's IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency.

Technical Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain server infrastructure to ensure smooth operation of hospital systems.
  • Implement and manage virtualization platforms to optimize resource utilization.
  • Configure and manage backup and disaster recovery systems to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly to maintain hospital operations.
Security and Compliance:
  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect patient data and hospital systems.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security threats.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
Collaboration and Support:
  • Provide technical support to end-users to resolve IT-related issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams on infrastructure requirements to ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Strategic Planning:
  • Contribute to IT strategic planning and budgeting to align with hospital goals.
  • Research and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
