IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Overview:

The Senior Systems Analyst will play a critical role in shaping the IT landscape at Wabash General Hospital. This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance IT systems.

Key Accountabilities:

• Design and implement scalable IT infrastructure to meet business needs.
• Manage and maintain server infrastructure to ensure uptime and availability.
• Configure and manage backup and disaster recovery systems to minimize data loss.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to resolve technical problems.
• Collaborate on IT projects, such as upgrades and migrations, to improve system performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and agile development methodologies is preferred.
• Industry-recognized certifications (MCSE, CCNA, CISSP) are highly valued.
