Construction Project Manager Position for Large Commercial Construction

At ACARI Management Group, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Uptown Dallas, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction contracting, construction management, or engineering organization. A college degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or equivalent experience is required. Additionally, knowledge of large commercial construction experience with concrete structure experience is preferred.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting both project office and field staff with contract document management, project scheduling, change management, subcontractor management, invoice preparation, and job forecast reporting
- Assisting the field team with monitoring contractor performance and documenting approved scope of work and schedules for construction
- Applying construction management best practices and client processes to design and construction
- Coordinating with upper management and onsite project teams
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience working on phased projects is preferred, as well as knowledge of building systems and technology, contract management, project execution, team building, and client relationship management.
