Critical Care Unit Lead RN

Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions during admission and scheduled shifts, identifying changes in patient status and reporting promptly
- Perform procedures, monitor therapeutic responses, and document care administration accurately
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Current Multistate Compact License
- Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
Estimated Salary: $83,400 - $121,000 per year, depending on experience.
