Controller - Financial Management

About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires an individual with expertise in financial management, inventory accounting, and compliance. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all financial operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and risk analysis.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and prepare business plans.
  • Ensure the company's financial systems are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth.
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year. Performance increases and professional growth opportunities are available.
