Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Financial Controller to join our team at Altamira-US LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

You will lead and manage the accounting team to achieve departmental goals, collaborate with senior leadership to drive business strategy and growth initiatives, and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Manage and maintain accurate and timely financial reports and statements
  • Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes
  • Lead and manage the accounting team to achieve departmental goals
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business strategy and growth initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, 10+ years experience in accounting and finance, including 2+ years as a controller or similar role
  • Mastery of accounting principles, practices, and regulations (U.S. GAAP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to distill complex problems into actionable solutions
  • Collaborative working style and ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Estimated salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
