Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiological Technologist to join our team. As a Radiological Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical procedures to detect pathology. You will operate equipment safely and maintain A.L.A.R.A. standards while performing all types of procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine procedures with stationary and portable equipment in all areas of the facility, including OR
  • Operate fluoroscopic and radiographic equipment to perform diagnostic procedures in a manner consistent with minimal radiation exposure and maximum image quality
  • Establish and maintain a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments, and medical staff
Requirements
  • One year of Hospital Radiology experience preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Radiology Technology
  • Registered with American Registry of Radiology Technologists
  • Certified as a diagnostic radiation machine operator by State of Indiana
Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to perform routine procedures with stationary and portable equipment in all areas of the facility, including OR
  • Knowledge of the use of fluoroscopic and radiographic equipment to perform diagnostic procedures in a manner consistent with minimal radiation exposure and maximum image quality
  • Skilled to care for certain age-related patient groups
