This position involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise, all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist guests, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Facilitate the registration process and accommodate special requests as needed.
- Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures in line with company policies.
- Handle guest communications and distribute messages promptly.
- Process reservations, including pre-registration and future bookings, adhering to pricing strategies.
- Address and resolve guest complaints, providing information about services, local attractions, and events.
- Assist with billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Perform cancellations and other administrative tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service is essential.
- A background in hospitality or business administration is preferred.
