Position Overview:

As an IT Solutions Analyst I, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency through the analysis and improvement of existing processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations of current organizational workflows to pinpoint opportunities for automation and enhancement.
  • Collaborating with diverse IT teams to conceptualize and design technological solutions aimed at streamlining processes and elevating service delivery across the organization.
  • Keeping abreast of innovative technologies within the Infrastructure sector that can be utilized to optimize operations.
  • Working closely with technology teams and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met, which includes regular updates on progress and performance metrics to partners and senior technology leaders.
  • Maintaining a strong awareness of compliance regulations, data governance policies, and organizational standards to ensure the delivery of robust and sustainable solutions.
  • Overseeing the complete lifecycle of solution projects, from initial concept through to implementation, while managing resources, timelines, and risk mitigation to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business process analysis, IT solution design, and Infrastructure domains.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Windows Server versions 2012, 2012R2, 2016, and 2022.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong self-management skills, showcasing a high level of initiative and commitment to timely completion of tasks.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to identify and assess various problem-solving strategies.

Additional Information:

  • Reporting to the Associate Director of Infrastructure.
  • Hybrid work schedule, with occasional on-site requirements.

Compensation Range: $88,800 - $142,200
