Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Comprehensive Studies: Analyze our organization's current processes, identifying areas that could benefit from automation or improvement.
  • Develop and Design IT Solutions: Work with cross-functional IT teams to develop and design IT solutions that can automate processes, enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery across the organization.
  • Stay Updated on Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies within Infrastructure domains that could be leveraged to improve operations.
  • Collaborate with Technology Teams: Collaborate closely with technology teams, and other personnel, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met, including regularly reporting progress and solution performance metrics to partners and Senior Technology leaders.
  • Maintain Awareness of Compliance Regulations: Maintain awareness of and adhere to rules impacting the solution delivery process, such as compliance regulations, data governance policies, or organizational mandates, ensuring solutions are robust and sustainable.
  • Coordinate Solution Projects: Coordinate the entire lifecycle of solution projects, from conceptualization to implementation, as well as handling resources, timelines, and risk mitigation while ensuring the successful delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 Years of Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business process analysis, IT solution design, and Infrastructure domains.
  • Windows Server Experience: 1-3 years of experience with Windows Server 2012, 2012R2, 2016, 2022.
  • Proven Project Management Skills: Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong Self-Management Skills: Strong self-management skills, with a high level of initiative and dedication to complete assignments promptly.
  • Ability to Build Relationships: Ability to build and maintain coordinated working relationships.
  • Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and evaluate problem-solving options.
