Corporate Accounting Assistant

Job Summary
RHP Properties is seeking a skilled Corporate Accounting Assistant to prepare and provide accurate financial information to management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience with accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain reconciliations of corporate reimbursements and vendor allocations.
- Maintain general ledgers, including reconciliations of key accounts.
- Process journal entries, such as accruals and reclasses, to ensure books and records are complete and accurate.
- Review Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable postings to ensure items have been posted to proper entities, general ledger codes, and descriptions.
- Prepare and track management fee calculations.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience or satisfactory combination of work experience and education.
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience required.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well in a group.
