In the role of Operations Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with our Operations Manager to guide, inspire, and enhance the performance of our local team, ensuring that both individual and organizational objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a supportive and cooperative workplace while upholding our core values and operational policies.
- Capture photographs and provide guests with lasting mementos, with no prior photography experience necessary.
- Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries or service issues to guarantee exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operational tasks to ensure adherence to scheduled activities.
- Lead by example, reinforcing established policies and procedures as directed by management.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance revenue, minimize costs, and deliver outstanding guest service.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and assist in various locations as required.
- Support the Operations Manager with administrative duties, including inventory management, scheduling, training, and recruitment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications We Seek
- A positive demeanor and a strong commitment to work.
- A collaborative team player who can also operate independently and values leadership.
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities, along with sound judgment for independent decision-making.
- Experience with sales transactions and cash handling.
- Willingness to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong ability to manage people and a passion for talent development.
- Capability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
