Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
  3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including credit, market, and operational risks.
  4. Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, including accountants, analysts, and other support staff.
  5. Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and other external partners.
  6. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum five years of CFO experience in the financial services industry.
  3. Skills and Abilities: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; strong leadership and management abilities; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
