Job Title: Instructional Materials Specialist

Armada is seeking a highly skilled Instructional Materials Specialist to join our team. As an Instructional Materials Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and performing various tasks related to curriculum development and instructional materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver material changes to assigned curriculum and/or instructional materials in accordance with established timelines.
  • Develop curriculums in accordance with US Forces Fleet (USFF), Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command (CNRFC), and Naval Air Training and Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) guidance.
  • Manage and maintain a wide range of instructional materials, including training project plans, course training task lists, training course control documents, and interactive courseware.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement instructional materials that meet Navy standards.
  • Provide data entry services by entering approved course information into electronic systems as required by CNRFC and higher authority.
Requirements:
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Instructional Material Specialist
  • Experience with authoring instructional materials, content planning, and data entry services
  • Knowledge of Navy Education and Training (NAVEDTRA) standards and instructional systems design
Education:
  • High School Diploma
