About the Role:

As a Human Resources Development Specialist at DiscoverU Health, you'll play a vital role in supporting the growth and retention of our talented clinical and administrative team. You'll advocate for the best interests of our organization and team members while providing exceptional customer service to all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the talent acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding, for various healthcare and administrative roles.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent from both active and passive candidate pools.
  • Foster partnerships with educational institutions and industry organizations to build talent pipelines.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Utilize human capital management systems and other recruitment software.
  • Organize recruitment events at industry conferences and job fairs.
  • Support client and care coordination as needed.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attend regular meetings with the CEO to provide updates on HR initiatives and receive guidance.

Qualifications:

  • HR experience is required, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Currently enrolled in or have completed a master's program in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with human capital management systems, CRM, and EHR systems.

Additional Requirements:

  • Remote work arrangement for six months.
  • Commitment of 20 hours per week.
  • Eligibility for college credit.
