Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Hybrid

Job Summary:

The Jonus Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional with a clear understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages. The ideal candidate will have experience with various insurance products and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large, established book of business.
  • Provide exceptional client service in a client-facing role.
  • Process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing.
  • Review insurance contracts for inaccuracies and ensure policy coverage and endorsements are accurate.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Directly responsible for the retention of all accounts assigned to the team.
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to various issues concerning cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, and carrier issues.

Requirements:

  • Active P&C license.
  • At least 2 years of account management experience.
  • Above-average computer skills and proficiency in various needed programs.
