Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Facilitator to join our team at Travelers Insurance. As a Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering live, virtual, and blended learning programs to support the technical and skill requirements of our employees and business partners.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver live, virtual, and blended learning curriculum to meet the technical and skill requirements of employees and business partners.
- Create an environment in which learners feel secure, respected, and cared for, and feel comfortable to learn, ask questions, and share experiences.
- Design learning assets, including training materials, activities, videos, and mockups.
- Consult with front-line managers and others as appropriate on the development of their staff.
- Deliver learning using course materials and resources available as designed.
- Challenge the status quo and stay abreast of industry and training best practices, making recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Five or more years of technical experience in the line of business supported preferred.
- General knowledge of MS Office products preferred.
- Working knowledge of multiple learning technologies, including video conferencing, virtual platforms, and cameras for streaming.
- General knowledge of the application of adult learning and design best practices to the design, development, and delivery of engaging and effective learning resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to self-review and meet rigorous quality standards.
- Demonstrated focus on continuous self-learning and exploration of new trends, strategies, and practices in the learning and development field.
- Intermediate technical experience in the line of business supported.
- Basic leadership skills, including building and maintaining work relationships.
