Job Title: Regional Credit Manager

At Lowe's, we're committed to helping our customers improve their homes and lives. As a Regional Credit Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through our credit products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and train store associates to effectively sell credit products and achieve performance targets.
  • Partner with local store leadership to identify best-in-class industry approaches to grow retail sales through Lowe's credit products.
  • Monitor and track credit sales results in each assigned district, providing insights and recommendations to store leadership.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regional and store leadership to resolve issues and drive compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of retail operations, sales, or credit services experience.
  • 5 years of combined experience in retail sales or credit/financial services in lieu of degree and other experience requirements.
